Extreme Hand and Foot Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Hand and Foot app for iPhone and iPad.

Information we collect

When using the Hand and Foot app, anonymous game statistics, such as Games Played, Hand Scores and other statistics are recorded and stored using Apple’s Cloudkit system and a in first party database.

No personally identifiable data is collected by Hand and Foot.

Information usage

We use the information we collect to display individual gameplay statistics to the user, and to display overall statistics to all users.

These statistics are also used to monitor and improve the app.

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
